How website requests are handled

Information collected

Quote requests, HomeCare enrolment requests, community-support requests and Jotform submissions may include contact details, service addresses, answers, uploaded photographs and documents, submission timestamps, consent records and GoRight reference numbers. Do not send government identification numbers, banking details, passwords, health records or other information that is unnecessary.

Purpose and consent

The information is used to review your request, communicate with you, organize appropriate next steps, protect the service from abuse and maintain a service record. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing without separate consent.

Storage, access and email

Submissions and uploaded files are stored in protected website storage, never in a public upload directory. Access is limited to authorized GoRight personnel. Administrator notifications contain the answers, reference and secure access to uploaded files. Applicant receipts contain the reference and submitted answers but exclude private attachment links.

Retention and deletion

Community-support submissions and website quote uploads expire 180 days after receipt unless a longer period is reasonably required for an active service relationship, legal requirement, safety record or dispute. The website automatically removes expired database records and private uploaded files during routine submission and authorized administration activity. You may request earlier deletion where retention is not required.

Spam and security processing

GoRight applies required-field checks, a honeypot, file-type and size validation, filename sanitization and other security processing to reduce spam and unsafe uploads. Files are transmitted over HTTPS.

You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing electricgoright@gmail.com or calling 506-223-0820. GoRight will verify the request before releasing or changing personal information.

Important limits

Website submission is not emergency service and does not confirm an appointment. It is not an inspection, diagnosis, final quotation or official trade-certification determination. Internet transmission cannot be guaranteed risk-free; submit only information needed for preliminary review.
